comment moderation (mollie)

I apologize for the inconvenience of comment moderation. We've had some issues with profane and vulgar language being posted in archived posts. As a Christian blog, we will not tolerate name-calling or gratuitous sexual language in either posts or comments. We welcome challenging comments from readers who disagree with our viewpoint, but will not allow explicit language or verbal abuse to be posted to the public blog itself.

Thanks to all of our readers who oppose college for women but have the ability to express themselves without resorting to vituperation!

Good call. Mollie. I haven't heard those word since Dad was in the army and a bunch of guys came home to our houseing area, drunk from a field exercise. It was good to remind our readers that we are ladies around these here parts!

Were these people who didn't want Christian women to go to college or spammers?

It was a guy who thought we are all she-devils and that we need to leave the real godly womenfolk alone....

only with some pretty choice language.

As Mollie said, we welcome opposing views and we enjoy honest dialogue, even if the writer heartily disagrees with us.

Ah yes. . . . the most illogical argument is the one over-seasoned with expletives. I find nothing more unreasonable and irrational.

I wouldn't be able to believe that there are still many Christians who oppose a college education for women--but I know there are since I grew up with a number of such people in homeschooling circles. Keep up the good work here!
